Executive Portrait of GNC CEO

Here’s a recent executive portrait I shot for a major Pittsburgh corporation, General Nutrition Center (GNC).  I believe that GNC has retail stores all around the globe.  They are known mostly for their vitamins and protein powder products.  The portraits will be used for many different purposes including internal and external communications and marketing materials.  By photographing the executive horizontal, we were able to add the flexibility to use the photo either vertically or horizontally. By keep the focus to a minimum, the background stayed soft enough to allow the photo to be used as an are for copy (type).

All in all, I’m very happy with the portrait shoot.  He looks handsome but not too serious or stand-0ffish.  He’s a nice guy with a serious job, and he looks the part.
